Tyrod (Tie-Rod) Hydraulic Cylinders

Tyrod™ BY RAM, available in both 2500 psi and 3000 psi, are clevis type hydraulic cylinders designed to meet the requirements of both the OEM and after-market users.

These standard stock cylinders are manufactured with high tensile cold drawn tube material precision honed for extended seal life. The rod is ground and polished hard chrome plated, high tensile SAE C1045. The piston, gland, cap and rod clevis are all manufactured from ductile iron 65-45-12 and the piston locknut, clamp bolt, clevis clamp nut and tie rod nut are all Grade 10. The tie rods are all ASTM 5140, high tensile with rolled threads for increased durability and all seals are manufactured to North American specifications. Each cylinder is 100% hydraulically tested.
